What are the factors behind the rise in food prices?

The price of food and non-alcoholic beverages has risen by more than 3% this November compared to last year. According to a study by the OCU, in the last 6 months, some commodities have become more expensive, for example, eggs or beef by 10%, while margarine or pasta has become 20% more expensive. There are several possible factors involved. This is explained by Chema Gil, director of CREDA.
