Djamel Rahmani received his Ph.D. in Economic Analysis and Business Strategy from the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC) and his Master Degree in Agrifood Marketing from the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Zaragoza (IAMZ). Since October 1, 2017, he has been working as a post-doc researcher at CREDA. Currently, he is collaborating intensively in different national and international (H2020) research projects led by CREDA-UPC-IRTA. His field of interest is consumer behavior research related to food, nutrition, health, and environment. He has extensive experience in consumer preference valuation based on stated and revealed preference methods. Moreover, he was involved in teaching tasks during his Bachelor studies at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (2017/2018) and the University of Santiago de Compostela (2013/2014 and 2014/2015).
