Research support technician

Nutrition technician with extensive knowledge of agriculture and passion for defending the role of the peasantry and the role played by good sustainability management. She has extensive experience in teaching nutritious cooking, food technology and valorization to avoid food losses and waste. Nutrition and production go hand in hand in order to guarantee planetary health and avoid social and ecosystem erosion. She has worked in cooperation and participates in multiple initiatives to prevent food waste, at municipal, Catalan and international levels, through the cooperation of the entire food chain and administration. Her main interest is research on the prevention of food losses and waste, linking the training of young people and children as a vital part to promote changes in eating habits that provide the benefits of a healthy, fair and sustainable diet for new generations. Raise awareness through research and dissemination of knowledge from multidisciplinary groups.
