Lourdes Reig has a PhD in Marine Sciences and her main activity focuses on aquaculture. He has developed his activity in this field, both in the private sector, in production, and in the University, in teaching and research. Her main interest is the design of aquaculture facilities taking into account both environmental sustainability and animal welfare. Recently, her interests have been expanded to cover consumer perceptions of fish consumption and aquaculture and the design of strategies for effective communication in this sector.
