Yasmine is a PhD student in the Sustainability Programme at UPC, supported by the FISDUR scholarship. She holds an International Master’s Degree in Agri-Food Marketing from CIHEAM Zaragoza (2023) and a degree in Engineering in Agri-Food Industries from the National Agronomic Institute of Tunisia (INAT, 2021). At CREDA, she has contributed to several national and European projects, including LAB4SUPPLY, SPRINT, Breadcrumb and Bioeconomy in Catalonia.
